***BEWARE** this is the same moving company that operates under a different name . There other biz name is affordable muscle movers . They made this page trying to hide . They did a move for me a month ago and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage . I texted and spoke with the owner (Carlton Jevon weathers ) and he assured me it would be handled through his insurance company . Fast forward a few days , he blocked my number . Owner is very shady and has done this and other things to other people . I have all the proof. I am in the process of suing now . Also be advised , they are neither licensed or insured and I am talking to MPS about getting them charged with operating a moving company without proper licensing. Also they will be fined by the entity that requires this type of biz to operate with all the proper licenses. DO NOT HIRE! You have been Warned

They were great the guys who showed up were wonderful workers they were fast and careful to make sure there was no damage to my items or walls and they did it with a smile. I'll give them five stars six if I can get the next one free. ??

These are the worst movers you can possibly get. They came in with a very small uhaul moving truck with no prior knowledge of the amount of things that needed to be moved, even though a list was provided and was explicitly told we would need a large truck- not to mention they came two and a half hours late. They came in with absolutely no preparation and even asked us if we had duct tape to tape down our drawers, even though they were charging us a fee for moving delicate furniture where they were supposed to use their supplies to properly package the furniture. They had to make a run to a store to buy these supplies which just shows how unprepared they were. They had to make two trips which cost us more time because of their own negligence to bring a large truck. After the move we noticed several scratches on our furniture, and when confronted they denied any responsibility, and not only that- they said these scratches and CHUNKS that were missing from our furniture were already there. They also lost the screws after dissembling our furniture, and had to go to the store once again to buy screws to reassemble them. With reassembly, the mover put the part off center, and we had to reassemble ourselves over again. After complaining to the owner, he said he would come by and assess the damage, to which he never came and even blocked our number. I wonder why there are two names associated with this company. Worst job imaginable! Every box I unpack is a total nightmare of broken irreplaceable sentimental items! These “men” treated my belongings like garbage & when I confronted Carleton he argued with me, denied it, called me a bully, & hung up on me! Totally disgusting excuse for a human being! I hope they lose everything including any semblance of a decent reputation they may of had!!! These pics are only from what I’ve unpacked today-more to come once I get them all in one folder

Would not even give them one star.... horrible job, horrible customer service! My husband hired them in a pinch & we are incredibly disappointed! The kitchen & delicate items from my dining room buffet could have easily been packed separately & organized. When I opened the boxes to check them before our cross country move I realized what an awful job they had done. Delicate items barely wrapped, with items thrown on top, glass casseroles shoved & stacked sideways. There was no way these carelessly packed boxes could be moved & sadly with limited time I had to leave most of my kitchenware behind in storage until I can fly home, assess the damage & repack. When I called the owner I voiced my concerns & asked to be reimbursed. He yelled over me, told me I was wrong, denied there was anything wrong with the pictures I sent him & belittled me for complaining. When I told him I would be forced to leave him a bad review he called me a bully & hung up on me. Moving is tough, emotionally & physically. This move was made worse & felt like a violation due to Econo's poor job & negative attitude. In the past we have hired Onsite for packing & moving....they are exceptional & professional. I'm so sad they were not available this time. I also recently hired Making Moves, they were with me the day I opened the diaster boxes from Econo & agreed it was a unacceptable. I highly recommend Making Moves. DO NOT hire Econo unless you want all of your possessions damaged!!!
