Had a purchase struck check in hand. They seem to have advertised a great deal and hours before said it was sold then all of a sudden had another similar vehicle that was older more mileage and more money.I know a bait and switch when I see one

Bought a great car from them right before covid hit. We paid them to handle the plates and still haven’t gotten them. I’ve called multiple times and stopped by. When I stopped by there was a random guy at the door that had no idea what was going on and couldn’t find the owner. Apparently the guy the that sold us the car that we really liked isn’t with the company anymore. This company was good and the new owner is completely unprofessional and it’s impossible to get ahold of him.

First time buying a rebuilt title so i was very skeptical. Khaled made me feel very comfortable and guided me through the complete process of how a rebuilt title works. He showed me the before pictures of how they bought the car also even provided me with a up to date Carfax!. To seal the deal he even gave me a free 30 day bumper to bumper warranty which was so nice of him! thanks again Khal we will send all of our people your way.

STOP! Stay away, they buy cars from insurance companies and rebuild them dirt cheap for resale, but they dont even rebuild them properly. i first i bought a 2014 lincoln that had a weird noise as it accelerated, right away i told khaled about this and he told me it was the new snow tires on the car? . I took the lincoln to a Dealership service center and came to find out the transmission was completely bad in this car from the previous owner who wrecked the vechicle. Finally i convinced khaled to switch me into a different car the Cadillac v6 coupe which i was very rigorous in checking before leaving detroit. Due to the fact the this car was hit on the side and not a head on collision, mechanically this vechicle was still im great condition for 54000 miles.I still took this car to a GM dealership service center and lucky enough everything checked out good. Morale to the story, if you dont know anything about cars, stay away from rebuild shops like this, buy dealership.
