Dr.Gardi, is a wonderful awesome Dr he has been my Heart Dr for over11-12 years now , I haven't had any problems with him or his staff, most of the time when I call they address each of my issues right away , and make me feel appreciated, and if it's something they can't address they have a doctor follow up with a call . All the ladies at the front reception area are respectful ,never had any problems.10 starrs

For a heart consultants place they don’t care about first impressions. The girls working the front desk have no patience or personality. When I called to schedule my appt or leave the doctor a message the attitude was so rude. When I arrived for my appointment I see the girls that scheduled my appt and they were rude and unprofessional in person. After they hang up the call all they do is sit and talk about the patient out loud between each other. Doesn’t give much confidence that they care or will do right by the patient. Very unsettling and this is a heart clinic. SMDH

Today was my last day for my ultrasound because I had venous insufficiency Lydia was awesome she was patient and kind and considerate .Anita was fantastic she had the job of putting the needles in my leg and doing the work as far as the ablation. My legs feel wonderful now , I had a stroke on June 20th 2016 , and believe all things happened for a reason. I , Thank God the stroke happened because thanks to Dr. Gardi , I wouldn't have known I had venous insufficiency. The last thing I want to say is Lydia came in early to give me my ultrasound because asked during the week because I belong to the Spice of life Stroke Group and we were going to camp in August she had me out of there before time.I just want to Thank these wonderful people who changed my life. After Covid people are acting crazy but not Harper Consultants..get yourlwgs checked it might changed your life.Thanks to the staff that called me before the appt to see if I was coming and they also send texts.

Was there from 1:15 I want to say until 4:15. I got to my appointment late cause I thought it was in the Dmc building. I didn’t get a heart scan done it’s now the second time my doctor sent me way downtown to get a follow up scan done.

This review is only of the office, not Doctor Gardi. The wait time is EPIC. Not enough sitting room, not enough chairs. Most of us are elderly or disabled. The staff overall is professional. They're busy and I sense things may slip through the cracks. No television to watch. Just smooth jazz. So unless you want to stare at the woman sitting in front of you, bring something to read. My appt was at 1:00. I arrived at 12:45. I just sat and waited more than an hour. I was called at 2:00 but then, MORE waiting. They MUST be over scheduling.

I was sent here on an referral to have tests done.. appointment was at 2 pm, nurse called me to the back at 2.30 to give me an EKG... Blood Pressure check and weight..told me to sit back in the waiting room,half an hour later called me to the back again and put me in an exam room, 10 minutes later Doctor Assistant comes in for history,he leaves I wait for another 15 minutes, Doctor comes in,shake my hand, listen to my chest and tell me to make an appointment for 2 months...no test..no blood work..no X-Ray... things that was done there,my primary Doctor already did..waste of time
