During my visit yesterday for a quick couple of items. With my young child with me. Dionne was having a extremely bad day, she was yelling, dismissive and down right rude to the gentleman in front of me who was sight impared. He was having a issue seeing how to insert crc properly. I asked if he needed assistance and she kept saying swipe the card though it was saying approved. Once done she threw the reciept at him. He left she then snatched the can I was purchasing and I said kindly, I wasn't with him I was attempting to help. I stated she didn't have to snatch or be rude to me. She stated I didn't know what he said. This gentleman was out of the store. Standing there with my young child she continued to over talk me, give me grim looks and said okay, she gave me my total but I'll pass when customer service is as trash as that was.
People deserve nice service regardless of staffing issues or what people have going on. Do better Dionne!

This dollar store is ridiculous. I bought cleaning product that had a handle . The cashier told me I couldn’t get a bag because it had a handle and she only has a few bags left . I told her take it off my bill . The cashier name is Shay, very rude . Don’t speak or say thank You . Her customer service is disgusting. Please teach your employees customer service . Customer service shouldn’t be taught , it’s common sense .

I waited 10 mins past the time that were to open and no one in sight. Super inconvenient in the morning.

The Detroit Hubbell and west McNichols Terrible store Management if any at all ! No associates to assist the one associate claims she is not register trained and refused to assist customers locate anyone who could help while she sat in her chair arguing with patrons yelling give her a minute damn I don't know what to tell y'all. The other associate was no where to be found for an hour. "No exaggerating" if could give a 0 star I would. Myself and 7 other patrons walked out due to the lack of service. We welcome having a neighborhood DG store but but it's not serving any good purpose if it's ghetto there if no one in the store to assist guests. I assume people should help themselves to the merchandise. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Make sure you price checked each item and match the SKU numbers yourself. I had to go back to the aisle Multiple times and take pictures to prove to the cashier that it’s not one item out of place. I’m trying to save money, notJust grab any items and hope that they are the price I read on the shelf. These 3 items were all inaccurately priced.

This store just opens & closes whenever it wants to throughout the day. I don't even understand why. Makes no sense. Owners of this building should cut their losses & move on. Such a shame!

I like that this is one of my neighborhood stores, and that it opens so early. Outside of that, they are under staffed, the cashiers that are working are either ringing you up while on their cell phones (ear pieces), or eating at the register. The store is cluttered, you have to maneuver around stock that is sitting in the floor, shelves aren't fully stocked, and the store isn't clean. This store is newly remodeled and was once ran and set up nicely, I don't know what happened but this store needs help badly.
