The secretary that many people have mentioned from 1 and 2 years ago was VERY rude. She was a nasty person and should never have been the first person parents see and talk to. But she is GONE. The new secretaries have been very helpful to me this year, unlike that one. The teachers I have worked with through tutoring K-3 have been fair to great. But there are good and bad teachers everywhere just like there are good and bad nurses and doctors. Cherish it when your child has Ms. Howard(K), Mrs. Martin(1st) and Ms. Bell(3rd). Ms. Priebe retired last year and she was another great one. Mr. Pitts, the new principal this year, has his work cut out for him. Hopefully his sun will shine.

i really dont care about all these bad reviews cause tbh our school not even that bad and yall claim the teachers dont care about us but yall lying cause i know all my teachers cared especially ms jordan and we had teachers who even cried for yall cause yall aint wanna learn yall claim they dont teach but yall dont wanna be tought i will enjoy my last year at dixon

This is my daughters area school. I called to find out what was needed to enroll her. The person who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me.

This school is racest! I had my daughter go to this school, and not even one year all ready.She was called raciest names by two other students, and the principal backed up the two students instead of hearing both sides of the story. Very discussed about this school!Condoms in class, students having sex during school hours in bathrooms, profanity in class, and very little teaching. I rate this school negative 100%, and no stars!!?

If I could rate this school a ZERO I would , very unprofessional staff from the Head on down. It’s sad because the students are suffering. The whole staff needs replacing. The principals, counselors admin staff , & of course teachers with people who care enough to want to do the job they are paid for & with compassion for teaching. THERE ARE NO ROLE MODELS FOR THESE CHILDREN ! YOU WALK IN THE OFFICE STAND THERE SAY EXCUSE ME NO RECOGNITION. IT’S sad to the point you almost need to get as rude as the staff.., I’m glad I have no children in this jungle, but I am working hard to get my granddaughter & little cousin out of there.This is their school district so to avoid truancy they have to be there,

Horrible school had my kids out of school for a month because secretary is too lazy to call school a simple task and get a birth certificate faxed over . They need to hire some one that actually wants a job and knows how to interact with humans other then electronics always sitting on her phone every time I go she doesn't even bother to ask what I need very rude and shows she don't care either.
