Just visited the Scout shop today, and had an incredible experience. Jackie was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and made the experience fantastic overall. She expertly pointed out items that I would need, teaching me along the way, in a very polite manner. It is becoming more and more rare to have a customer experience like this these days, and I walked out of the store with a big smile thanks to Jackie. Highly recommend !
