The atmosphere is awesome. The people are awesome. I love the self defense and boxing classes and my son loves the Karate classes!

Sensei woods is so wonderful with children. He and the rest of the staff there are sweet, kind and personable. They make my son very excited to come back
We provide instruction in Martial Arts/ Karate to all ages. We also provide instruction to autistic students. We provide a licensed after school program to ages 5- teenager with transportation from school to our center. A hot meal is provided and martial arts are included. Parents pick their child up by 7 pm each evening.
