Same problem a few other people mentioned. I ordered a hoodie a bit over three months ago and never got it. I called and emailed multiple times and no one has responded to check if it was just missed. No updates or answers. I don’t mind if it’s late but not sure if I will get it at all and no communication.

Ordered a hoodie from the one for one collection. On December 16. Havent received any shipping info, multiple contact messages I have sent to the store email, multiple calls, with no reply. Went to storefront in person on a Saturday during open hours and they were closed. It’s just frustrating the sever lack of communication I have had over this $100 hoodie. I guess I learned my lesson here. Even the artist of the hoodie hasn’t received hers.Can you guys just communicate with your customers so we know if it is ever going to show up or if we should consider it a loss? Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Disappointing

Not sure what is currently going on. I ordered a tshirt for pick up but there is no one at the store and no answer to phone (no way to leave a message) and no answer to my contact form on their website. I already paid and have no merchandise to show for it.

Ordered hoodie from first batch of One For One collection on the 27th Nov. Still not received hoodie and DHH will not respond to my messages. So currently £125 GBP down with nothing to show for it! It's my 3rd order from the store, the first two were fine so not sure what's happened this time?

Love this brand in the Eastern Market. Live in Texas now, have ordered stuff online with fast shipping as well.Bought a lighter and the ink came off within 3 days so that kinda sucked. Lol. 10 $ for a black lighter, I guess. Maybe a sticker would be better ... and theyre always out of the winter hats with the ball on top. But I still love them and the clothes are super cute.

This place is the perfect spot for last min gifts me and my wife have purchased many items from here, we never had any-issues and consistent every-time. We got a bunch of hoodies for the extended family over in LA few weeks later ended up mailing more. You will not be disappointed.

Quality has gone down dramatically. I purchased a hoodie at Christmas 2021 to wear to a show in vegas..pocket fell apart that night..they did an exchange after weeks of back and fourth. I recently noticed the 2 tshirts purchased at the same time, approx 11 months ago that looks worse then a shirt that I purchased almost 10 years old,

Ordered a hoodie online and had to exchange it, the process couldn't have been smoother and the customer service is nothing short of exceptional. Pair that with a bunch of really cool clothing and you've got a very badass local brand. Would absolutely buy again.

Aside from the incredible, fun, and high quality product DHH sells? I want everyone to know how out of this WORLD their customer service is. I've previously ordered from them with no issue, but recently ordered a sweatshirt as a birthday gift for an out of state friend. Long story short, the size had to be exchanged and while they did not hesitate to exchange the item at no cost to me? it turned out to be a grueling two month long process with USPS having lost my product to returning my product two months later claiming the item had been "unclaimed" at their local post office (not true). When I tell you that ANTONIA went above and beyond to make sure my birthday gift delivery debacle was handled (a problem that ultimately was none of their fault and strictly a USPS issue) I'm not downplaying it in the least. She frequentlly communicated & resolved my issues so quickly and with such patience and compassion. I run a small business of my own, and would do absolutely any thing to have employee's as wonderful as her. Thank you again for everything DHH & Antonia!
