You can't down review a motel because you know what you renting that night. It was clean, and the purpose for the room was successful so I had no problems.

Decent as far as the basic amenities one expects from a motel room; reasonably clean & quiet. Now as for the "service", if it can be labeled as such, without going into unnecessary specifics, I think this place wins, by a long shot, my personal "LIFE'S POOREST 'CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE" award.This place will NEVER see a dollar from me, and I've made it a personal priority to share my abhorrent & despicable experience here with everyone I can.

A (now former) friend of mine works at this motel. He "borrowed" my bike(my most prized possession) without my permission, and left it unlocked in front of the lobby. It was promptly stolen. When I asked to see the security camera footage the clerk told me that the camera does not actually record anything. I just want you to know that if you decide to stay at this hotel, you are putting yourself at serious risk of being robbed, and there will be no possibility of that robbery being caught on camera whatsoever. They will also likely not offer you any compensation, or any meaningful cooperation. I don't even think the clerk apologized. It just occurred to me that I have another old friend who had his entire life savings(several thousand dollars) stolen while staying at this same hotel several years ago. I'm not making this up. That really happened. This is a neighborhood with many petty thieves. I am not saying this as an outsider, or out of malice. I've lived in this neighborhood for over 8 years, and have many nice things to say about the area as well. But I do know(personally) many petty thieves who operate around here. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay... this hotel has a better reputation than some around here. But know that it is not at all secure.

I stayed here in 2018 back & forth through a devastating situation. I must say, it was the most peaceful experience I’d had in years. It’s clean, the Channel’s work. You can watch real movies. Unlike some Hotels. The price is fair. A friend of mine stayed as well and we were safe. The owner was very nice to me, and he made the absolute best cup of coffee! I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future if need be.

Had to change runs and the maid came into my room and took personal things while I was away shortly after checking into my new room. The office didn't give me any annuity either.

Really cute inside for how cheap and it has everything that room should have towels clean and soap, air conditioning. It surprised me how decent it is inside
