Well I got to say I used D&D moving and Storage, I called they came and gave me estimate once I agreed they packed the whole house and it was last minute, emergency because I didn't have no where to go, but they took the time and bubble wrapped expensive stuff and everything and I kept my stuff there probably a year before I bought my house and that was 1995, they did an amazing job and as for my stuff still the same as when I put it in there.

Our belongings have been stored here since 1974! The D&D team has been super!!! A special thanks to Damen for his extra attention in assuring our items are secure and safe as we are currently living out of state.

I was rather put off when I saw some of the previous negative reviews. But in a pinch this was the only company that was highly responsive to my problem --getting a 250-plus pound Nordictrack treadmill base from my garage to my basement quickly. I got my estimate Monday along with four or five others. This was one of two companies that could do the job in the next couple days. D&D was a good bit pricier than the other one, but responded more promptly on Tuesday when I needed to finalize arrangements. Three guys showed up on Wednesday, handled the move in minutes and asked if I had any other related moving needs while they were there. (I didn't, but appreciated the offer.) Count me as a satisfied customer.

Zero stars really. They hire young kids to move stuff. Damaged thousands of dollars worth of furniture. One piece of furniture never even made it which makes me think they damaged it and ditched it or stole it. Whatever the case, they are horrible and not to be trusted.

Leave D&D alone and make sure your items are actually in storage before you pay. Don't ask! Make an appointment before you pay and be sure they know where your items are! Damon repeatedly assured me over the phone that my items were there! I made an appointment to see my storage, his son and I walked through 4 floors and guess what, NO STORAGE, yet he requested I make payment without an invoice, which didnt happen. Don't trust this company! He told me to come up there and KNEW my storage was gone! His son, Damon Jr advised me to call back he would recheck due to the electrity being out! Ive called and sent a message as to his findings and never heard from him again! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!
