Consumer Value Store, now that there's no other options I'm forced to shop here when I'm sick. Either it's closed because of no staff, or there's no one available to help me. The most basic things like dish soap, condoms, COVID 19 tests are locked away or stashed behind the counter making me feel like a criminal. I despise CVS ZERO STARS

This store probably has one of the worst customer service in whole Michigan I don’t know what’s with all that attitude some of these employees have during the night shift like no is forcing you to work there if you don’t like it go somewhere else

Went to go today it was closed because “no staff” but I remember when some of my friends try to apply there and they said they are over staffed and don’t need any more employees obviously that’s a lie and they clearly don’t wanna train and hire more people.

I placed an order on the CVS website where they use a third-party company and don’t inform you of that. Apparently, the person went to go get the prescription and their app wasn’t working so they left it there. No one from the Pharmacy immediately called me to let me know this. I had to do my own research in order to find out that my order was never even picked up. Upon talking to the people today, all of them were rude but one especially the main man in charge and the lady that assisted me at the register. These people are overworked and underpaid, but they could use some customer service training. I paid $11.97 to have this delivered to me just to have to go and pick it up myself with no word of a refund processing or anything I suggest not getting anything delivered. I am happy that I was not in danger and didn’t desperately need this medication.The lead kept saying oh well you need to call them because I didn’t get paid for this. I paid on the CVS website that has nothing to do with me.

probably the single worst cvs pharmacy i have ever had the misfortune of sending prescriptions to. avoid if you've had issues with insurance recently.

On Friday 12/6/2024 I stopped at this cvs for some NyQuil medicine. I noticed this guy who walked by me a few times, at some point he stood next to me. The other moment he was reaching for the counter, he backed into me aggressively, he started to pick pocket, my pockets. I don’t carry cash on me, so his attempts were unsuccessful. BEWARE of this location, the security officers are useless!!! I will never shop here again!!!!!!

Have used this CVS previously with no complaints. Today however the cashier was eating a breakfast sandwich and having a phone conversation using her earbud. She was disinterested and it seemed that I was interfering with her breakfast and telephone conversation.

The absolute WORST pharmacy experience every time. In the past they have claimed they don’t have my prescription for Symbicort (after calling me to tell me it’s ready for pickup) while I was staring at it, pointed it out to the pharmacist “helping” me, and she said “oh, it’s right there”. !!!!! What kind of 3 ring circus are they running? They try to come up with all types of reasons not to give the meds people are prescribed, and it always results in something they “misunderstood” or “filed incorrectly”. Just awful. Scrap the whole place. They make the sick even sicker with the amount of stress they cause. Not to mention, this location has a piece of paper that reads “WE DO NOT CARRY CODEINE AND PROMETHAZINE” taped to the pharmacy register, just blatantly profiling people coming in to get their meds and unabashedly treating everyone like a criminal. I have genuinely felt like some (not all) of the pharmacists there have gone out of their way to make filling my prescription impossible; in particular the man with black hair, olive skin and glasses who seems to be in charge. He has a severe lack of the human empathy that is required to work in a field that is literally built on aiding humans. Zero stars. Negative ten stars.

I usually do not leave reviews but please do not ever get vaccinated at this location. I received my flu vaccine and the employees negligently did not record that I received my vaccine and completely lost my records. Very irresponsible as I needed the records for school. I have never had this happened and am shocked that health professionals could behave in such a manner
