They say they open at 7am but they won't open the doors and allow you to enter at 7am. Either hire employees who can get there and open up on time or change your posted & advertised store hours.

They make it unnecessarily hard to get in contact with the pharmacy via phone. I’ve been trying to get my medication refilled for a few days now. Finally got in contact with a representative, she was rude and cut me off while I was talking. Then she put me on hold to check on my prescription and someone answered it just to hang up the phone. I still have no updates on my prescription.

I received an RSV vaccination yesterday. I thought I might have a better experience at a different CVS pharmacy, but I was wrong. After the injection, I realized I hadn't been asked to sign my signature on anything. I wasn't given anything in writing, i.e., information on possible side effects, etc. After telling the pharmacist about the long wait (he apologized), he didn't discuss anything with me before or after the injection.

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy I've ever been too. First last week my Doctor called (1st time)in my prescription. They never called & told me it was ready so I call they say they don't see any prescriptions for me. Then my Doctors office called (2nd time) they say I have to fill out a profile before I pick up the prescription. Okay... go there the pharmacist says it's not ready & won't be till tomorrow. THANKS for not bringing that to my attention before I went up there & waisted 40 mins of my life!!! I guess I'll be switching Pharmacys once again. Also the two male pharmacist are completely unprofessional.

I love how this place always has deals with their extra care bucks. Store is always clean and orderly at the time of day that I go. Also the staff is nice and helpful.
