?CVS has been my go to pharmacy for quite a while now and i always get my medication on time when i need them. The friendly staff at CVS is always available to answer any question that i might have and the store is nicely stocked and neat.

CVS Pharmacy here by far is the best. Extremely professional, great customer service and fantastic pharmacy manager. She is really outgoing, wants to help her customers and is very friendly with the co-workers. This CVS pharmacy is lucky to have such a manager. I would always visit the CVS pharmacy for their wonderful technicians, amazing staff pharmacists and top notch pharmacy manager ! Kudos !!

Was told medication would be ready by 9pm as if they stayed open longer. I actually arrived at the drive through at 8:45 the shutters were down. Next I went to go inside; the door was locked. I had to speak to someone through the door who was rude and kept turning her back to me as if the store was supposed to be closed. So I stood there then she sent security to tell me they were closed now of course they were close after they made me stand there for 15 minutes. It's a shame that black ran businesses are sooooooo unprofessional. Please hire people with a true customer service back ground. This was ridiculous behavior. I wish I could give no stars!!!!!

ATM is always out. The BP service is not there anymore, and the prices are extremely too high. Also, never seen to have any greats deals or sales anymore. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS STORE?!

Visited this CVS to pick up a prescription my doctor called and was rudely told by a tech there to step to the other line. I asked why and she said step to the other line. I stepped to the other line and the pharmacist ask what did I need. I said I'm trying to pick up my prescription, but was told to step in the drop off line. The pharmacist looked up my prescription and told me my prescription was given to another customer. I'm like how did this happen? I asked to see the receipt signed by the person who picked it up and to speak with a manager. A manager came to the pharmacy named Solomon and told me there is no way I'm getting that information for you and I'm not giving it to you nor can you see this. I asked him to review the surveillance video of the transaction and he refused. He said call the other store manager in the morning. I'm like I need my prescription now. I pulled out my phone and filed a police report while in the store and was threatened by one of the techs saying she was going to slap me. The manager was present and he never apologized nor did he stop the employee form verbally abusing me. Here I am standing here in pain and being treating like this. Another tech basically said that I was a drug addict. I am totally appealed at the behavior of everyone in this store. I'm being threatened because I filed a police report regarding my prescription and this is the treatment I get? Management and the pharmacist who left and went home made no efforts to help me. I called another store in the suburbs to obtain assistance in what the procedures are for filing a complaint. The store manager was amazing with her effort to help me. I called 800SHOPCVS and filed a complaint and was told someone would call me with in 24 hours. No one did. The next day I called the store to speak with the day manager and was told "yeah I know about this and the supervising pharmacist will call you". I asked about information about my heath, which violated HIPPA, was given to a stranger along with my personal information. I was told "the higher ups was handling it". CVS called back 5 days later and offered to refill my prescription, but I said no thank you. I was fearful one of the employees might to something to my prescription and based on the way I was treated, there was NO TRUST. This is my life we are talking about. I never received and apology nor an explanation as to why this happened. When I asked how was this going to be fixed now that my prescription, health information and personal information was in the hands of someone else now. I once again was told then"higher ups were handling this". I waited over a week for the "higher ups" to contact me and it never happened so I took the next steps of filing a complaint with the Board of Pharmacy with the State of Michigan. I once again called the 800SHOPCVS number to be told they were taking detailed notes and documenting everything, all of this was to no avail. No one called. I called the store manager inquiring why I was not contacted by the GM? There was silence. I asked if I could have the GM's contact number and I was told he does have one. I said what about an email? I was told he doesn't have one. I asked him how do you contact him, he said I wait until he calls me. I said if there is an emergency and you need to contact him, how is that done? Silence once again. I called the 800SHOPCVS number again and was told they were documenting it and would take detailed notes. I said I want action NOW and I want to talk to an executive member, the President of CVS and was told that was not possible. I was transferred to an admin of the executive team and was told she was taking very detailed notes and documenting things carefully. I said I will share my story and ugly experience with CVS. This pharmacy location is open 24 hours. I went to buy something from the back of the store so I went to the pharm counter to pay for it. The Pharmacist, in all her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service, rude girl attitude, let me know she was too busy and I should take my purchase up front bc she should be filling prescriptions instead of ringing my order at the register.

I went at 3am with a terrible cold and I'm allergic to typical cold preparations. I went in, looked over the homeopathic/natural options. I wasn't crazy about the cost but I was crazy sick. I hand everything I chose to the pharmacist and asked her if I could take it all together. She looked it over and told me I could and answered my other questions. When I went to the front to check out, like any store and 3am they were chatting with each other. When I approached they turned their attention to me, were totally nice and wished me well. Even laughed with me. I guess my only complaint is that the natural cold medicines are on the bottom 2 shelves and I had to sit on the floor to review them. I was very pleased with how many options there were. I do feel some relief from the medicine I chose.
