Roaches holes in the walls that have been covered up with mouse sticky paper nasty ass bathroom nasty ass walls it look like someone pissed on the walls disgusting the place needs to be condemned if I could give this place no stars I would I definitely would not recommend you spend your money here take your money elsewhere

I guess I like the fact that my sister my son a few others that I know and I've have had to stay there... that is pretty safe even though there appears to be a lot of traffic on in and out but the people pretty much buying their own business hardly any theft and the people in the office are friendly they could do a lot better on some of their rooms tidy I'm up 6 mm do something with that carpet for the money that they make step it up a little bit crystal house other than that you guys are doing great

Not clean need a lot of improvements I understand that people need a place to stay I've been homeless a time or two but to stay in a place that management don't care about the up keep is just discussing to me This hotel have been around for years I haven't stayed there but I know someone who does and if I could help this person with a better way I would Im giving my review in hopes that management see this and do a better job with the up keep. Question to management would you want your family living there?

Not a very friendly stay some of the staff not very customer service skills all they care about is making sure they get their rent the next day forget about the kind customer service skills and the warm generosity that would be so wonderful and kind to the customers so important on how the customers feel about their stay at the Crystal motel they are so well unorganized where the cleaning lady just open the door on me before I could even get dressed what an embarrassment and explored it that's how I really feel so sad to visit a place of business when you are not treated as you should be

I enjoyed my stay I was there a couple weeks ago and my room was very good everything worked in my room no bugs nothing was wrong with my room and housekeeping did a very very excellent job cleaning my room looking forward to staying there again 4 stars from me NICE JOB GUYS ?

This is the average cheap motel, old but not smelly. Not really sure about the price to quality aspect because I was visiting a friend but if it costs more than $30 a night, it's too much. It appears to be a longterm stay motel. So be prepared to find an unsavory looking element all around.

Ok....so.... The rooms are a lot better then they once were. Clean. I like the water pressure & the deepness of the tub. I like that the weekly has a big fridge. I haven't noticed any roaches or bed bugs, but they do have the occasional mouse. We caught 1. I like the staff! All are very welcoming & polite except the old black lady that works mornings. She doesn't know how to speak to grown folks. But everyone else is great. Also would be nice if they could fix the elevator & keep it fixed! It is a 4 story motel!

Honestly for how cheap it is, this is honestly a hella good place without the worry of bedbugs. (but always be cautious) it smell a little but it some thing you can fix and even tho housekeeping clean after evey guest i will still take cleaning supplies just to be sure. Room 11 air condition can be fixed because of heat it is blowing out really cold air while it really cold outside and anyone that lives after us in room 11 you should be personal happy because we bought our own supplies and clean the out of this place even tho it was clean and i pray when ever you get this room you or the before you does the same for the safety and satisfaction.
