I’ll say come here if you got time on your hands. It’s literally nobody in line it’s 2 people at the counter while it’s 4 tellers, but only 2 is working. Nobody said just a moment or nothing. They didn’t care I was politely waiting and as I’m writing this another teller is opening an another account. Detroit is already known to be an hostile city. Good customer service goes a long way!! I’d be wrong if I verbally expressed my frustrations with this place and asked to speak with a management. After 10 minutes of waiting the teller at the end finally said she’ll take me, worth noting her energy was very down, seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered (if you check the camera you’ll see she was in a very good mood prior to me getting to the table she was talking to the client at the next teller over she didn’t display ANY sign of irritation until I made it to the counter) after making me wait 10 minutes to do absolutely nothing between me and the other customer . The other teller did have her sign up to say close. She was not doing anything productive she spent this entire time reading something on her computer it’s worth noting I believe she was faking the entire time while I was there she didn’t get up, she didn’t take any phone calls, or was filing any papers she was writing stuff down on a sticky note being I trained for a bank teller position I know it’s not many things a teller can do that’ll cause them to sit there and read something for 20+ minutes. The shareholders need to know how their company is being ran. If somebody come here and display anger then we are wrong. As a customer service rep it’s their job to do what they signed on for and get people in and out quickly as possible

I was given the runaround about a simple task from 3 young ladies. If you know your job be thorough on your job. The public don't know your job. Questions from us may seem dumb to you. If we don't know and don't ask it makes us a dummy. Please don't give us the runaround.....BE THOROUGH ON YOUR JOB AND REPRESENT YOUR JOB!

Long time customer. Never any unresolved problems. Cashiers are courteous, helpful…even more so since now I’m much older…feel they cater to me! This is Mrs. Kennedy…not Shania.

Worst of all branches. First the teller asked me twice why I didn't ask to replace my lost debit card on line. It had seen this branch while driving and thought that I am stop a a branch to take care of ANY Public Service acct we have. 15 mins later I left cuz she was still working on it & I couldn't wait. She told me “ you will have to start all over when u come back”.My husband just ordered me one in a couple mins on the fone. The question they should ask is “why is this branch even open?” The answer: so they can discuss their personal business.

It wasn't a long line, about 6 people. There were 2 tellers so it wasn't a long wait. Customers wore mask and socially distanced. My teller was friendly and professional. I like the Public Service branch.

I’ve used this place for years good service for the most part. My visit on 10/28/20 was horrible. There was a long line and only one teller. All the other workers siting around chatting and such as the line gets longer and longer no one tries to open a window. Everyone in the line complaining. I ask for the manager. She supposedly in a meeting. When she do come out she was very rude and had no regard for the people in the line. She said she had to help the other teller and said it very nasty. She had no urgency about getting the people in and out. This company should really te consider this young lady position, because her attitude and customer service sucks.
