I went here for the first time today and never got any first time offer time offer today when my friend did so I payed full price for this and one other. The guy working recommended it and look at what we got ......... Booooo is right because if I wanted half a pre roll at full price I would have asked for that.... I am so very disappointed in this situation and I hope no one else has to end up a victim here. So much for good honest quality people ???

They lie about the description of the product!! It is not the flavor or taste they tell you and the product was old and dryer out just FLAT OUTNASTY NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN !!!!!

They have specials all over their website that they DO NOT HONOR ! Don’t waste your time . I called to inquire about them and the guy hung up on me . Very rude : plus their selection is very limited, and the price are high !!! NEVER AGAIN .

If you ever come here, speak with Malcolm and Sam. They are the coolest people ever. My guy Malcolm recommended a strain of weed i never heard of and it’s the best weed I ever had. COME HERE!!

I loved the Cookies locations I had been to in LA due to their great customer service. Can’t be said for this location as I called to inquire about a promotion they had on Jeeters online and was told I could “find out when I got here.”Nah, I’ll head to Rush instead where they don’t snap at you for asking a simple question.

Malcom made my experience feel like VIP!!! He was thorough with information on every item in the store. I was visiting my boyfriend and we both left very satisfied. Next time I’m in town that will be my first stop! Thanks again Malcom!

Came to Cookies with my family from Chicago and Malcolm was so helpful! I have had mixed experiences with smoking due to anxiety, body highs vs. head highs, and he was understanding of that in his recommendations. He also gave recs for food in the city. 10/10 experience.
