I absolutely hate Comcast and specifically xfinity. Wasted probably over 30 hours of my life this past year trying to get the home security system cameras to work. Spent hours with tech support and had technician come out. Cameras still don't work and xfinity will not compensate. Switched to a xfi gateway and after hours with tech support trying to setup i gave up and will just continue to use my own equipment i own. Also no military or hero discount. All this company cares about is profits.

First, let me say that I love my prepaid internet. Second, I'm eligible for internet essentials, but the prepaid has better speed, connection, etc., so I pay the $45 a month. The reason I'm writing this review, and the reason you lost 2 stars is because I really don't think it's fair (at all) for the internet essentials customers get the EBB, (of which I am also eligible, and was approved!) and the prepaid customers don't. They only pay $10 a month!..We pay $45!.. please make it make sense!.. I love y'all, but, not fair Comcast (Xfinity)

Very poor customer service they have you sign up for contract that you didn't ask for they change your packages without your knowledge the company tells you that they were going to give you a refund and don't give you a refund very very poor service find another cable company internet provider wow dish AT&T leave comcast alone

Don’t get Comcast they are very expensive I paid them $700 and they turned around and gave me a $500 bill
