I've been searching for a new dry cleaners since I moved here. I read a bunch of reviews online and I stumbled upon this one. I like that it is located right down the street from my apartment and downtown. It allows me to get multiple things done while I'm picking up or dropping off my dry cleaning. I have no complaints. The people working the front desk were super nice and helpful. My dry cleaning was ready when I arrived this past Saturday and everything was the way it should be. This will definitely be my new dry cleaners.

Brought in a shirt to get a stain removed. When I picked it up the stain was still there and they still charged me for it.

Not a very organized place. Took him a while to find my stuff and when I got my pants back from being dry cleaned there's a massive crease/wrinkle running up the leg that's most definitely noticable. The shirts seem fine but he botched the hell out of my pants. Went here because I love close by but will go elsewhere next time

On a Monday, i dropped off 3 pairs of pants for tailoring and 2 shirts for cleaning. The owner told me they'd be ready by Friday morning (I needed to travel with them Friday afternoon). I come in Friday morning and 0 of the 3 pants were tailored. 1 of them he said he wasn't confident enough in his ability to tailor. I'm questioning whether the 2 shirts were even cleaned. They're wrinkled and one has the same stain I dropped it off with.

Mike is great! Very friendly and will bring your clothes to your apartment door if you live nearby. A little pricey but worth it.
