Mr C at City Slickers just gave me one of the best retail experiences of my life. He knew exactly what I wanted, what size I was, and was just an all around lovely bloke. Legendary. Also, the product quality is excellent. Most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, and that's after being on my feet all day at a trade fair in fresh leather. Tempted to get a spare pair before I leave Detroit.
