I've been coming in the store for years, I even have family coming here, just yesterday I bought a shovel, soon as I got home to shovel it literally cracked in half, all the money I've spend here is not valued when you can't replace a shovel, I don't know how to feel....

Been going to city hardware for years the guy behind the counter is very helpful and knowledgeable if u don't want to wait in home depot for help all day go check city hardware out they just about got everything
