Their machines had to reboot 2 times bc it was processing my card. Then the teller put it in manually, it worked then proceeded to tell me I need and i.D. To withdraw money from my account. I ended up walking outside and used the atm. This was a $20 transaction that took 20 minutes. Also they didn’t have a public restroom for customers which I am against, I feel like it’s a human right to have a restroom ESPCIALLY bc most of the people that come into the bank are old and have problems in that department. Regardless, the service was subpar and they pulled out all the stops to make this longer than it needed to be. If my option was to stop here or drive a mile down the road to the other citizen, I would drive 10-10. May god bless y’all if you rely on this bank.

I understand that Citizens Bank is trying to amplify fraud protection, however performing research to ensure that customers are not experiencing excessive inconveniences would be great. There is no way possible that I have been banking with this institution for almost a decade and for the past two years my everyday transactions are being marked as fraud. How in the hell is a transaction that has been made every month on the same for almost a decade getting marked as fraud and when you call to see why you are being told that because it looks suspicious and the transaction has never taken place on your account before only it has, but then representatives apologize for lying to you and explain its because the company is trying something new. This and the mobile app and online site that hardly works is enough to make me want to close out my account.

Horrible location...they never have change even if I call to order some....it's a terrible location for a businesses to use. And this branch has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Service is always good, friendly & helpful but the walk-in ATM is right on the busy street with people constantly walking by which is a bit unnerving. Additionally if you have to go into the bank, you have to park in the back and walk around the corner to get to the front. But it is about the only branch left near me in Detroit. I don’t think they care about Detroit accounts, so I may have to make some changes. ?

Service is always good, friendly & helpful but the walk-in ATM is right on the busy street with people constantly walking by which is a bit unnerving. Additionally if you have to go into the bank, you have to park in the back and walk around the corner to get to the front. But it is about the only branch left near me in Detroit. I don't think they care about Detroit accounts, so I may have to make some changes. 😩

Very terrible service all around, ATM outside didn't work, the drive through took 45 minutes In 90 degree weather and he inside was empty therefore the employees were simply taking their time. Then the lady gets on the the speaker on the drive through laughing and asks us to wait longer... If I could petition this establishment I definitely would, not a bad bank but terrible employees. I would give zero stars but it won't let me
