As a Canadian opening and managing my business account the people at this location is awesome, particularly Terrance Haynes. He is super knowledgeable, kind, resourceful. He is a great asset this location, even helped us remotely with answering questions so promptly. He helped us open mutiple accounts, add new members, order checks, add a feature to allow wiring. And I noticed he makes sure to say hi to everyone that walked in the bank. Our second time visiting from Toronto and super grateful for him!

Terrance was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful and just overall wonderful. I would highly recommend Citizen’s Bank. I just opened a new account at this location and have high hopes for a positive relationship. Very impressed!!

Bank teller at station 1 very rude and unpleasant. I came in to cash check from work and she basically acted as if I was trying to commit faud. She wanted to know how often I cashed my check, and when the last time it was I actually cashed a check at all like the one presented. I'm a HomeCare provider and my checks come from Citizens Bank through the company I work for. Just because I'm aware of what she's trained to say when cashing a check to encourage opening an account she got visually offended. And proceed to be dry. Made me ask was she ok. Outside of needing a dermatologist and a better makeup artists she should be more pleasant to all customers Even the ones she met for the first time. Her service was slow, nosey, and rude. Thankfully there are more branches in the same area. Teller number D119058 has a nasty attitude to have such a professional occupation.

One star review is for the awful outside atm machine at this location. On Thursdays..out of order at 9am. Unacceptable..it's a workday morning. Sunday..didn't allow a cash deposit. Ive had numerous issues with this atm. A downtown location should have a better atm.

My account was hacked and Bridgette was of the utmost help and assistance to me sorting out the issues and opening new accounts. She went above and beyond what I would have expected of a bank and made the horrible experience seem somewhat tolerable. Thank you!

I have been a member with Citizen's over a year. I did NOT open my account at this branch location. However, I was trying to cash one of my checks. I have money depositing into my account every two weeks. The check was for $50. I was trying to deposit most of it and get some cash back. They ended up putting the remaining funds on hold because I did not have enough money in my account to cover the check. FIRST OFF, I have NOT been in the negatives in this account. I was also told about the ATM outside..The person who was helping me was showing me how to take a picture of the check so that I could deposit it into my account. Why would I want to deposit it remotely if I am already in the bank? It seems like they did not want to deal with the check regardless. Although, one of the employees who showed me said she would give me $2 for taking a picture of the check and doing it remotely.... sure. Who is going to turn down extra money?I would not come to this financial institution inside if I can help it. I would prefer that my checks do not go on hold. Thank goodness I wasn't planning to buy lunch for everyone. Overall, I got some money, not all of it. And I decided that this is not the member experience I wanted to have when walking into a financial institution.

I have been a customer since 2008. I went to the bank to withdraw money today because I needed smaller bills. The teller literally told me I can use the atm next time. I'm not sure what her purpose of telling me that was. I took it as a rude comment considering today is not her first time seeing me.

I'm not sure what her purpose of telling me that was. I took it as a rude comment considering today is not her first time seeing me. I suggest you do something about the atm only dispensing 20 dollar bills. I would rather use the ATM than deal with some of the employees at this location. The last time I had a question about charges on my account, a different employee told me to call customer service or go to the location in Dearborn where I opened the account for some ridiculous reason. My experience the past 6-9 months at this location have been inconvenient. No one addresses me by name. The level of professionalism is low.Your employees could be more courteous.
