VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO IN TO CASH A CHECK FROM CHASE AND SHOW 6 DIFFERENT FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION BUT BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE THE ACTUAL TEMPORARY LICENSE THEY TELL ME NO. WHILE I CASHED A CHECK LESS THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR AT A DIFFERENT CHASE. LADY TELLS ME TO GO BACK TO THAT ONE. I CANT STAND BLACK WOMEN AND THEIR NASTY ATTITUDES. THIS WOKE MOVEMENT HAS GIVEN THEM WAY TOO MUCH EGO. JUST RUDE.

Wow ! The service was excellent today !!The Associate Banker Tayla who helped us was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! If I could give Tayla 10 stars I would !Her knowledge, professionalism and patience with helping me and my elderly mother with her accounts was SUPERB!!!Not only was she detailed and efficient with each step of the process but she handled all of our needs with a smile on her face :)All I can say is that I’m EXTREMELY glad that I chose this particular branch to go into, and again I want to say EXCELLENT WORK Tayla and keep bringing that wonderful customer service! We need that in Detroit!!

The worst Chase Bank branch experience I’ve ever had. Low on staff and under Crane. I was in the bank for 45 minutes to do a simple production.

I was trying to cash a law suit check that my fiancee received from her lawsuit that was recently settled but Chase said it will take 2-weeks for her money to be available.Chase made her and I bring all her information to the bank to prove who she is yet still told us that we have to wait for chase to contact the bank that issued the check.My fiancee and I spoke with the bank that issued the check twice and chase never called to verify the check.Horrible service and I am definitely calling the BBB.

I had a very nice experience with their team. They fit me in on their schedule for opening accounts on short notice, I walked right in, no wait, & the process didn't take long. Tayla, the banker that assisted me, was very friendly & personable.

Jelnar was amazing she helped problem solve with me on the issues I had and really made me appreciate banking with chase. Even though it wasn't an easy solution she contacted the right people and had a positive attitude while doing so. I was going to close my account before I talked to her and now i can't imagine banking anywhere else ! Thanks Jelnar !

Came in to open a business bank account , and Rodney , the banker , was so genuine! He was extremely helpful, nice , and personable! He deserves a promotion!!
