I WOULD RATHER GIVE THIS A ZERO STAR THE machine is not even working 99 percent of time they scammed me and said I have 6 dollars in my bank I called to see what was happening they said they would transfer the money back in 2-3 months I was upset and told to transfer it back they put me on hold for 2 hour I'm never going back to that chase bank

Ms. Rana was so nice with helping me find a missing transacgion and helped me understand how to read the transaction detail within my online portal. I was having great difficulty finding this information now after meeting with Ms. Rana I feel more comfortable finding information on my own. Great branch for business banking needs with a sizable lobby area for conducting business.

Whenever I visit that branch, i always see a customer yelling and being rude to the employees for no reason! Yet they always respond to them so professionally. Love that branch and the employees are so nice especially one girl called Rayna or Rana she’s always giving it her all and you can tell she really cares about solving our issues.

They dont know what they are doing. They give you an 800 number to call and was on the phone for more then 10 minutes and still couldn't get any help.
