If I could give 0 stars I would do it. I have been a customer for 10 years and now with a deposit of 1 check they have treated me like a criminal and kept it for 2 weeks they cannot do their job quickly, contact the other bank that the person authorizes it and that's it, it won't take you more than 1 day. They love to do it out of excitement and play with each other's finances. To top it all off, I would buy my children's Christmas gifts and now I see it in the distance, thank you Chase, always ruining.

Looking past the several rude employees and the guard that needs to realize that not everyone is a criminal, they have helpful people there. I don't use ATM's so I can't really say anything about that but overall it's a decent bank.

The ATM is always out of order and there’s always a long wait. I dread coming to this location. Chase needs more than one ATM outside as well. If you don’t have to come to this location please don’t.
