This locations doesn't have a notary and is basically just for withdrawals, deposits, or creating an account. Not that any of those things should be done with Chase, except withdrawals and moving it to a different bank. I've used Chase for a few years and it's steadily gotten worse and worse in that short time. Random freezes on my funds, difficulty speaking with anyone, and a huge waste of time to fix problems that never should have occurred in the first place. Not to mention tacked on charges for THEIR mistakes. The staff seems fine enough, but the companies way of doing business is absolutely not. And naturally they give all kinds of delays and complaints about me trying to move my money elsewhere. Avoid.

Booked an appointment to open an account. Representative had no interest in making the application of a basic account easier for me. Told me it wouldn’t work since I was Canadian without trying. I went to another Chase branch and they opened the account hassle and appointment-free :) not to mention, he changed the appointment time on me and I had to cross the Canada-US border. Unprofessional, constantly checking phone for personal business and making me feel like he doesn’t want me there.

Clean cut caucasian (not that this should matter) male business owner. I walk through medal detectors, fine. Then no one in the bank but the employees. Mr rent a cop tells me I can't I have my razor knife in my pocket. I said you got to be kidding you are making me go back to my car before I deposit a business check that takes 2 seconds. I walk out unhappy put my razor knife back (home builder so I always have one on me) I walk back in deposit it in 2 seconds then the "bank manager" (whom is/should have business skills and was standing next to rent a cop) he pulled me into his office and explains why. No apology or anything just an excuse for their poor business choice. He could have held it for a second or look pass it so I can give your terrible business my money!!! Reverse racism in Detroit at all time highs. It's worse now than ever. Business owners can't get workers to come to Detroit for many reasons getting shot, tools stolen, car stolen, police officers ticketing out of towners, banks are gonna harass now too..... the problem is inside Detroit not outside!! This is why I rarely do work in Detroit and I most certainly NEVER go to Detroit for entertainment in years. Way too much risk and harassment!!! I most certainly have NEVER been told to leave a bank!!!!

All transactions been handled professionally and with respect. Some issues took more than 30 minutes to resolve and involved more than one staff member, however, they had the patience and the right attitude to handle them.

I go to banks only because of the relationship i have with the banker. This has helped me with very complex deals over the years, so i thought having a will notarized and witnessed would be simple, but they don't do that here. Need to go to another chase bank for that. They are great for transactions like deposits and withdrawals but I do that online

This rate for is for cash customer service in high quora the did not service good for wire transfer the holed you tow days this in business account how you can run the business then and this wire going to government so you ganna lost time and the money too how ganna pay for this holed know this worse service I saw it until now with chase banks

I enjoy my visits at this bank. The staff is very personable, show interest and care for their customers and professional as well as clean and neat. Always greeted and with smiles. This was rare for me to experience at a bank the first time I visited. It's like no other it seems some how. It's genuine and the manager or leader must be a great role model to his great team. Your all great :)
