CHASE HAS BEEN FINED $38.99 BILLION SINCE 2000 FOR BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES Don't let Chase DOG you. File CFPB/OCC/FDIC/BBB complaints (or review), place reviews everywhere and TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT OF CHASE (OUR MONEY IS THEIR POWER. DON'T ALLOW THEM TO USE IT AGAINST US. EACH CLOSED ACCOUNT MAKES THEM WEAKER-FIGHT); sign onto existing class-action lawsuits against them (just type in search "existing class-actions against Chase"); "find a class-action attorney (type)" and file a new one and/or small claims (for a nominal fee; they have to pay for every case filed or lose by default) or regular lawsuit. They have to pay you excess of their error with a class-action though. In my case, on 11/8/23 I saw that an organization that I donated to had been making unauthorized charges on my credit card. I contacted Chase to halt and dispute the charges. After there was no resolution by 12/19/23 I contacted Chase and was told: Corporate -Chase could take "as long as it takes" to correct my account (what about the interest you're charged on that incorrect balance); -that she would not even ATTEMPT to credit one month, which I donated in cash (whether the organization had authorization or not); -the other months would be credited---eventually; -any company/organization can charge your credit card, and unless you can show that you paid them by other means (whether you owe them or not), you eat it. That is insane. Executive -Chase was not going to look into this issue any further -they may recoup the money that they had credited me -I was not going to speak to anyone other than her as long as she worked for "her supervisor's name; -that any company or organization can charge your card, as long as they have your number -she would not put her response in writing and that I had received all of the paperwork that I was going to receive from Chase. The organization reversed the charges, but Chase did nothing to assist me and/or accept their obligations. You don't have to pay the disputed amount on your card, so transfer the rest while you FIGHT. My 1/10/24 Chase review was removed by BBB as their policy is: "It is against policy to double whammy a company. Consumers are only permitted to either file a complaint or a customer review -- not both." (Doing nothing privately or nothing but venting publicly). A company only needs to respond; not resolve your issue. In my case, they just responded "We are keeping the resolution private, if there is one." Leaves one to wonder about the BBB. Consumer Affairs is delaying publishing this (it has been pending since 1/13/24; 9 days): Facebook won't allow ME to put 2-step verification on MY OWN account to stop anyone/whomever (probably them) from going into my account and removing or altering this review. It has happened several times (over 6x in 1 day) since I posted it. I'm sure Chase's BUDDIES don't like me or you telling people to take their money out of Chase. Wallethub won't allow me to update this to this draft.

Tried to open a new account and even though the lobby was empty and there were two tellers, they would not assist. Called to speak with the bank manager and was unable to do that. I ended up opening an account elsewhere. Timothy, your “customer service” was deplorable and you should be embarrassed. You are not efficient, friendly or a problem solver. Pathetic.

Absolutely terrible. 5 years of terrible service , terrible banking practices nothing less then awful experiences over and over and over. High turn over of staff , and no reliable support. If you are a small business this is not the bank for you.

I travel all over for work and usually in most cities I have to go in and break some larger bills so that I can pay some subcontractors. came in here today to break some bills down into smaller units and they would not help me because I did not have a checking account. I do have a Chase credit card which I guess that doesn't make me a good enough customer. I have credit cards with other Banks and they have no problem giving me change because of that. so I have a credit card with Chase but I'm just not quite up to par as a good enough customer to break 100 into 2 50s

Pathetic service. Bank tellers and managers do not know if a certain currency can be converted.

Google won’t let me give ZERO stars. Chase Bank has stolen my partners money. They have given unrealistic rules to verify a check and now have taken the issuers money as well as the recipient, both of whom banked with this awful pit hole. This bank is run by TERRIBLE THIEVES!!!

20 JUN 2020 07:15AM Nothing but the Truth stated: Reported to: Facebook Chase Account Members Hello Folks: I would like to say that within Banks and majority of financial institutions are thieves, frauds; stupid in fact it is the Banks way or the highway (they are right you are wrong).only a select few banks are above board and do right with their customers. Managers (CEO's) do not reflect the subordinates (employees) the subordinates reflect the managers (CEO's) as you will see in my report on this bank called; JP Morgan Chase Bank below. After I sent a certified mail to Mr. Jamie Dimon, CEO of JP Morgan Chase Bank in Columbus, Ohio his outcome was to "Close my Accounts and not sure if I will ever see my large amount of money back to me! I have included a press ready press ready version of that letter for you all can understand the real "Chase Bank" so you can make a decision what you will do with this bank. We put Chase Bank with these other Banks: Chase Bank, Citizens Bank, 5/3 Bank, Synchrony Bank, Bank of America formerly (FIA) are just a few of these Banks that employs the same practices Generally the same altitude, professionalism, do not tell the truth, incompetence, that their entire customers are; thieves, frauds, stupid in fact it is the Banks way or the highway (they are right you are wrong) JP Morgan Chase Bank on a corporate level does not respect the Branches on a local level that their employees are not doing their jobs, so in this light the Call Centers and corporate level undermines the local level employees of what they say and what they give you in the printed word. Response from E-mail! (Appears they did not read my Grievance) Jun 09 2020: Reviewed Chase response to my Grievance? (Email Servicing talked on Military Inquiry?) Jun 11 2020: Another letter dated June 03, 2020 a new deposit account using my SS was opened! -- After reading this letter I had to call within 14 days or Chase was going to take our money! We had to cancelled our one week vacation to call them (6) Calls (2) Mgrs. "Got lip music" and disconnected us 3 times. (Like to bad that I'm a Fraud and Chase will take our money and close our accounts anyway. I found out in the evening I received a Secure Email from Chase Bank reactivated my military duty! I did not think Chase Bank was United States Military. Strange! That is enough I can go on and on about "JP Morgan Chase Bank", but what's point above is enough for you to understand that "JP Morgan Chase Bank" customer service centers are BAD to do business with and your customers are very upset with Chase Bank. Summary: At home wondering if we have our money or Chase took the money and closed our accounts. We do not have a good feeling about if we still have our money! And do not trust JP Morgan Chase Bank! And do not know what to do about these issues with; JP Morgan Chase Bank. We believe we will have to get an attorney involved to get resolutions to these many issues Yours; Vietnam Veteran United States Citizen
