The Carhartt clothing store is always great. With many options in house for purchase. But, what makes this place so special is the Carhartt WorkShop on the second floor. Literally a library of almost any tool you might need for any project, be it lawn, home, or even repairing your vehicle. The tools are actually free to borrow, just like going to the library. Be sure to bring those tools back on time folks because they are very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable, but they are also very serious about getting their tools back and will prosecute in a heartbeat. If you're not a nefarious individual and handy with tools, this is the ultimate man caver's dream shop!!!

I tried to update my last review below of 1 star, but it wouldn't let me edit. After dealing with 3 long phone calls, and several e-mails I was able to get my gift card issue figured out. No one could seem to figure out why, and it was a difficult process to figure out why the gift card wasn't working. The customer service team wasn't very apologetic, except for maybe 1/6 people I talked to about my issue. I was not offered anything for my inconvenience or time wasted chasing after said gift card. Not one to ask for handouts, but after what I went through I felt as if they could've handle this issue so much better! Disappointing but happy to at least get my gift card money out of it.
