“We wanted to get our truck cleaned up after making the trip from Tennessee for Detroit for a youth Bowling Tournament. We found KJ just by a google search and he had good reviews so we drove over. We were there maybe 30 minutes and got a wash, vacuum and detail. They had our Ford Raptor looking mean again. They were like a well oiled machine. They did an awesome job and were priced fairly. Now, what it looks like by the time we get back to Tennessee will be a different story lol. Thanks again to you and your staff!!!”

“My car looks great! It's very hard to find a good and reliable hand wash. this was my first time here and it won't be my last fact that they take the mats out and wash them without charging you is definitely a bonus. When I did have an issue the manager or owner I'm not sure he was came and fix the situation immediately this deathly brings me the most amount of confidence and definitely means I will continue to come back. As far as the washing the car they definitely had herpes by the car which I had no complaints about. Also clean the interior they definitely vacuumed and wiped on every surface so my car actually looked good from the inside and out”

“I wish I had gotten a picture because you'd have to see it to believe it. Let's put it this way: Twenty year old Malibu; It was a work car for the person I bought it from; they never cleaned it; I have two kids; we eat in the car a lot; I've had it for a year and this was my first time having it cleaned. It looks like they put the entire car in an industrial washing machine. Now, I don't even want anyone to chew gum while they're in it. I'm impressed and amazed. Justin and John were so nice! This is a good hand wash, get you in and out with no frills type of business.If it's your first visit, the entrance is off Strathmoor St. The waiting room has a place to sit and a tv, nothing more or less. The guys working there are friendly and helpful, be courteous and pay attention when they give you instructions.”

Because of this location I've been a Splash club member for years, if you had to rely on the other locations to retain my business it would not happen I've patranonized many Splash locations they all have bad attitudes at the front specifically ESPECIALLY❗️the Grand River Southfield location.
