About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental receives mixed reviews. Customers praise the efficient, fast service and excellent, knowledgeable, helpful staff. The Fastbreak service is noted as great, and the location is good with easy drop-off. However, significant frustrations are reported. The vehicle allocation process can be very long, sometimes with changed vehicle types unexplained. On one occasion, no car was available in the designated area except one with damage. Billing issues are noted, including incorrect fuel service charges that required reversal. Some customers were surprised no walk-around was done for damage at check-out, advising renters to take their own pictures and keep fuel receipts.

Very nice staff. Car was very clean. Most rentals are filthy, they were an exception.
