I took my car here for new brakes and received the worst service ever. The guy never intended to replace my brakes. Instead, he attempted to steal my emergency braking and lane assistance system but he couldn't get to it, which left all the lights on my dash board on when I initially had no lights on. He gave me back my car stating there was no charge for the brakes he claimed he put on. The floor and steering wheel was so filthy. They didn't bothered to line the inside with paper to keep it from getting dirty. I then took my car to another place where they put new brakes on because Brakes Xpress never changed my brakes like they said they did. He bragged about how he has been working on Land Rovers for 30-40 years. Now I'm sitting here at the Land Rover dealership while they're trying to repair the damage that Brakes Xpress did to my vehicle ? Please don't ever take your vehicle there ?

Please don't ever take your vehicle here. I took my car here for brakes to be replaced on my Land Rover Discovery, and they had no intent to repair my car , only to try to steal something from my brake system. I had no lights on my dash board when I got there. But now I have no Emergency Brake Assistant System, and every light on my dash board is on. They also left a bolt off of my caliber. I could have been in a serious accident. Very unprofessional. Stay away from there. They will ruin your car. They have no idea what they are doing, trust me.

Somehow my review was deleted. I am very displeased with the services that I received here. Rob, finesses people. You think you’re getting a “good deal” and that he’s “working for you” the whole time he’s getting over.I got my brakes fixed and have to return this place not once, not twice but THREE times!! It was unreal!! I then went to the Pontiac location who completed the work for me. I haven’t had any problem since!! Avoid this place!! Rob has allll the jokes in the world while you wait while the mechanic is in There tearing your car up and not fixing your car!! If I could give this location 0 stars I wouldn’tService: Brakes

You would expect more for the money you pay. Very very expensive. Wouldn't recommend for the money I paid. Although people are nice, I would take my car to the dealership next time I decide to pay this much. Do your research before using their services.
