The reps were very rude. They supposedly fixed my screen on my phone but a few days later the phone came completely apart. They did not try to resolve the issue and was very rude. I would not recommend these people as I hear a lot of people say they mess your phone up worst than what it’s already is. I am planning to a file a FCC complaint against this company.

My grandson cracked the screen on his iPad almost a year ago. When I finally had his dad get it repaired he took it to this place. They did repair the screen and it looked amazing however when we got the iPad back it doesn't work. It won't hold a charge and it's very glitchy it flickers on and off which it never ever did before. I'm so disappointed this is an expensive item that I know I will have to replace because it's one of my grandsons favorite items.
