I had them put in a brand new, in the box radiator andthey did not check it before they told me to come and pick it up. I picked up my car and drove it,noticed it was leaking from the trans inlet and outlet. I brought the car back the next day,they looked at it and tightened them up. They said all right you're good to go, got back to my house a few miles away and it was still leaking transmission fluid from the radiator. They then told me that I needed to have the brand new radiator replaced and the trans lines replaced. Today, They said, I had to pay them the same amount again to take the radiator out and put another brand new one in. Everything could have been avoided if they checked there work before they said it was ready to be picked up! I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! DO NOT TAKE THERE WORD AND GET A SECEND OPINION!!

Big moe’s auto repair is the best mechanic shop in the city! Anytime my car needs work done i take it straight to them. When a friend asks if i know a good mechanic shop i always send them to big moe’s auto repair. They recently replaced my catalytic converter because mine were clogged and causing misfires. Now my truck is running better than ever! They were fair priced and got it back to me same day within a few hours!!! Great people, great service I highly recommend!

I’ve been going to big moe’s auto repair for almost 6 years and i don’t have anything bad to say about them! Very punctual and great customer service! When they say the job will be done on a certain day it always is and i never have to go back to them to fix something they worked on like you have to do with other repair shops. Great shop! Cant recommend them enough!Service: Auto maintenance
