Wayne State University Campus Bookstore is a convenient and reliable resource for students, located right in the middle of the city. The store is very nice, clean, organized, and easy to navigate, offering a wide range of textbooks, school supplies, and Wayne State University merchandise. Items are displayed nicely and there is a good selection, including a Starbucks inside. The bookstore often has promotions and discounts, and parking is available out front with meters that accept credit cards or quarters. Experiences with the staff vary. Some students and staff do an amazing job, are very helpful, friendly, and dedicated, with specific management praised for their knowledge and spending significant time to assist. However, other times the staff has not been helpful or friendly, indicating a need for better training, with service quality inconsistent between employees. Overall, it is considered a great resource for academic needs on campus.
I am an alum; I always go here for merchandise. They have great sales on quality stuff and I get a really good Alumni discount!

Busy place but handles the demands of students well. Could've used a bit more clarity on the order pick-up for online student books. I waited in 3 different lines before I got the right help.
