Sometimes they are good and other times I feel they need better training. I did retail a long time ago so I know. Some are on their a game like Oliva and Donelle (tho she got my initials work which cause a problem when she was not there. The 2 gentlemen that were working getva D-.

I always get all my books for class in a timely fashion. The students/staff do an amazing job. They're very helpful as well.
