Not reviewing this branch. I am reviewing bank of America as a whole: If you want online account security, then this is the bank for you. Unless you want to be able to get into you own accounts. I have never once been able to get into my accounts with having to change my password YET AGAIN. I am done. I am going tomorrow to close out three account totaling almost 90,000.00. I gave it one star. Because I had to.

Worst service. Their employee gave us the wrong information multiple times which resulted in unnecessary penalties to our account. She tricked us into opening an account by providing false information and by withholding pertinent information. This is just shy of fraud. We will be closing our account and never returning to this bank again.

There was No line and the staff was super friendly! Would consider switching but there's a Charter One at the end of my block (staying with them merely for Convenience's sake). Miss Diggins might be thinking of the Michigan First Credit Union one floor up. They Always have long lines!!
