There was no line & they helped me set up all 4 of my accounts with no problems. Also the staff were very nice and patient with me

There was No line and the staff was super friendly! Would consider switching but there's a Charter One at the end of my block (staying with them merely for Convenience's sake). Miss Diggins might be thinking of the Michigan First Credit Union one floor up. They Always have long lines!!
