Thank you Andrea and Matty for being a bright light in an utter nightmare w the fraud department. These 2 ladies ran the whole place while dealing w the fraud dept w me for literally 3.5 hours. I'm very grateful to them; even if I'm disgusted w the fraud department. Thank you both!
