The owner was very professional and informative about the items I was looking for. I will definitely return. The staff also made me feel like family . That's rare in today's society.

I was looking for a particular book, and the rep said they would research it and get back to me by phone in a few minutes. Although it wasn't available, they got right back to me with some options. I really appreciated their follow-through.
