Walked in today to get a started tested and was told they are removing the starter testing units from all the stores. Sounds real dam dumb considering a warranty starter needs to be checked before you can issue a new item. And that fact that the corporate site doesn't mention this at all, further tells me to spend my money and time elsewhere. The worst service every time I've been in there it's as if you're getting on their nerves by coming in. If you have the gas just drive to another store or better yet just go to the O'Reilly's directly behind them. I'll go out my way just to not have to deal with this store.

AutoZone has exploited its ability to sell its product to the most lucrative markets in our modern society today without governmental scrutiny or the fear of suffering fines and penalties in their price gouging in the selling of automobile oarts to the public. I am an Auto Technician with 40 plus years of service in the eight categories of auto repair. I have purchased all types of parts and fasteners concerning automobile repairs and maintenance. AutoZone is selling parts and accessories at an astounding thousand percent markup without consequences. A part that cost as little as $10.00 is being sold for a $100.00. A part that sells for a $125.00 is being sold for $325.00. The Consumer Protection Agency is a farce when it comes to protecting the interest of the public. AutoZone assists in the expansion of the financial hardships of the people as they would try and maintain their families' ability to have a decent running mode of transportation. When will justice be served upon the parasitic merchants of this society, which we in one way or another must patronize. If at all possible, and you can wait upon delivery of a part for your vehicle, I can suggest two options that has saved me hundreds of dollars in the last couple of weeks, rather than to buy from Autozone. I went in and asked for a jumper box for my Ford flex 2016. I asked the guy at the counter what would be the best one and the voltage to get because I was not knowledgeable and that area and he still sold me the wrong one when I got back to my car would not jump my car and also, I asked for a refund or strange and he told me I could not get one
