“Unc” helped me with a car battery after mine didn’t start up this morning. Even got me a connect next door to get it installed same time. So grateful for the care and customer care he provided—like seeing family about a car problem. Highly recommend!

Sitting in the parking lot. Not paying attention to the time. The staff came out to me to let me know the store is going to close. I was truly grateful the young men informed me. I got out of my vehicle went in informed the staff what was needed. The staff retrieved it for me. I purchased it. This was a sunday. 🖐🏽🙏🏾🤗 Excellent. Thanks guys.

I give the AutoZone team today (5/6/24) 5 stars. They educated me on lawnmower batteries. I should remove the battery and bring inside for the winter. They charged the battery for FREE. Everyone was very helpful and professional. I'm able to cut the lot's grass before the rain. Thank you team!

Called the Auto Zone located in Detroit on E. Warren. I explained that I was close and would like a diagnosis test due to a check engine light. The woman I spoke with was very unprofessional and told me there machine is broken and just hung up. I'm very disappointed in that Auto Zone employs unprofessional individual. I will take my business elsewhere.

I would've gave them 5 stars because I never really had a problem at this AutoZone. Until today !! I'm disabled and I've noticed that every time I go to this particular AutoZone there is a black Dodge Ram truck parked in one of the only two handicapped spaces. So finally today I said something to the young man that waiting on me. I told him that every time I come to that store that that truck is always parked in that same handicap space. He said to me that the person who is parking there is getting over from being sick. I said to him that for six months he's been getting over being sick !! I also told him 'So' !! If he needs to get Park in the handicap space either get a handicap plate or placard. That if the police gave him a ticket it would range from $250 to $500 dollars. So then he proceeded to tell me he understands my frustration. Laughable, what a joke !! He seemed very dismissive. So I told him if called AutoZone's corporate headquarters that the employee that parks his big black Dodge Ram truck in a handicap parking space everyday that he, meaning the employee would get into trouble. I believe that if I went back tomorrow the truck would still be parking in the handicap space that he's not entitled to park in. I believe that the employee parks there because it is a front corner parking space, and because he doesn't want someone to hit or damage his truck. There are only two handicapped parking spaces in the parking lot, and they are right in front of the door. So but because you work there you feel like you have the right to occupy one of them everyday !! Shame on you AutoZone Employee with the BIG BLACK DODGE RAM TRUCK !!!
