Checked online for an item that said was in stock on the website. Get to the store, the lady behind the register starts off the interaction being extremely rude and condescending, as if we were bothering her by coming in trying to spend money (we were also the only people in the store). I ask her for the part by the part number and sku as well as make and model of my vehicle, she couldn’t find it after 3 attempts. Finally she says “just deal with my manager “ and walks away, RUDE! The manager finds what should be the correct part, but the box is missing all connection cords and seals making it useless as those are what we needed.
Rude staff, incorrect information online, and they tried to sell us a part with 4 missing pieces. Horrible customer service and lazy/rude employees. DO NOT SHOP HERE

The place is sad it had only 2 employees working and one was waiting on a customer while the other one was at the check- out counter shooting the breeze with someone about nothing concerning Auto Zone while myself and others waited in the line. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

My experience here was nothing but amazing even doe I didn’t come and spend no money just to get a charge of battery but beings valued customer and previous visits I was treated as if I was spending a bank roll in this establishment very nice pleasant Marcus Tipton handle every bit of customer service expected great job ????
