. The ER is ?. People passing out in the lobby, a lady was laying on the bathroom floor over an hour after I told staff, with little to no reaction from nurses. I've waited for 6hrs and yet to be seen while watching people that came in hours after me get treated before me.

It was either the pharmacy or the nurse who dispensed the wrong medication for me while I was in the hospital. Nurse says it was the pharmacy. Either way, this is a problem. Thank God I was alert and could catch this, but I am sure other people would blindly trust the nurse and take the meds, without checking them. Especially someone like my grandma or grandpa if they were admitted. Very scary thought.

Worst customer service at the main check in desk. The receptionist with reddish hair working 10/26 at 6pm and 10/27 at 230pm. Very rude, gave one word answers while never looking away from her computer, refused to get help for us, then literally walked away from the desk. I understand they probably don't have the best help with the employee shortage but considering we are already stressed with a loved one in the hospital, the last thing I need is this lady's entitled attitude.

my daughter was in the surgery ICU for some days with kidney failure and muscle breakage. then got transported to peds all the nurses that worked with her was great! we loved them all. I know Taylor might have gave lots of hell. but these nurse's had the patience. erica on surgery ICU unit.. we thank you so much for giving her clothes and I couldn't remember all the nurses but they was all so great.

Excellent physicians, excellent staff. Times are difficult right now, but everyone is doing the best they can to provide care. My husband has many health issues due to no fault of his own- (thank you cancer), but he has had excellent care from all of his physicians.

I have watched my brother deteriorate before my eyes over the last week!!! You insensitive SOB’s wouldn’t even let my parents see him before taking him into a critical emergency surgery. I pray for your sake that there was no medical malpractice!!

Very frustrated and embarrassed. Was dropping off a 24 hour urine collection on 9 mile. Containers per staff are cheap and from China and leak. Receptionist was downright rude when asking for help as it started leaking. So embarrassing and receptionist should be written up. She wanted me to get order out of bag that was leaking and when I requested gloves she walked away. Someone else helped me. Order was in the computer. Could have been reprinted. Perhaps the person

After many years of service my department was outsourced in 2016. The company that took over has a toxic work environment, they have even been banned from doing business in some states. Ascension claims to be faith based, that is not true, this organization is only money/profit based. Read up on them. Also, why did I receive a pin in the mail from Ascension today for being a healthcare hero? I’m not even employed by you, who payed for all those pins to be mailed out?

Some of the worst people to provide service.extremely dry none courtesy.dont even try to explain anything about your prescription.people please transfer your meds to remedy rx pharmacy.extremely nice people and plus they deliver....
