Trying to find out where my taxes are nobody answers the phone at all. I’ve been waiting 4 months it was supposed to be direct deposit nothing has came through. At one point my federal came to my account and my state went to that office. Now how that happened and I always direct deposit my refunds. The owner tell me my account was one number off I know that was B.S now this year seems like someone is doing real shady stuff but I will be pursuing this office until I get my money.
