Steve and Wally did an excellent job on my car they were patient and helpful and even though they were pricey it was well worth it due to the great customer service they extended to my self and my family. I will keep going back to them for repeat business because I believe if people treat you well and treat you like family then they deserve your respect and business. They work well with people who don't have insurance and prices are fair regarding labor and parts. Best experience I have had in Detroit dealing with mechanics so far! Decent prices while I didn't have any body work done the work I did have done took longer than I feel it should have and tho the work was completed I don't believe I wil lk be returning due to them not being as professional and organized as a business of this type should

If zero was a possibility it would be given. They have horrible communication skills. When they had my SUV it took them forever to fix it! The only good thing they did was pay for my rental till they finished. The bad.....they forged my husband's name on the check, they didn't change my steering column (could have had another accident), never fixed my daytime running light and then I guess the painter has the audacity not to claim his shotty paint job. Paint holes in my hood and he telling me it's rocks.....
