Alter Collision just completed the repair on our vehicle after a deer accident. They were very communicative and transparent about the timing and the costs of the repair. The shop was very clean and efficient. Everyone was so friendly. We would highly recommend this business for collision repair.

I walk-in there business as soon as I said one sentence - “oh we only do Insurance work”!!!
(Basically, you gotta have insurance claim for us to do work). They wasn’t friendly at all and my neighbor (Grosse Pointe) said he got his car fixed there. and he said he didn’t have insurance claim at all the good ol’ boys b.s. They just refuse me. look at my skin?

I recently had both the front and rear bumper covers painted on a 9 year old Toyota Corolla. The color match was perfect and the quality of the paint application was perfect. Alter collision really hit it out of the park. An easy 5 stars!
