This place is horrible - maintenance never shows up and when they do, they harass female tenants, which makes us hesitant to request any help or assistance. Also, they listed the bigger studio as having AC. I have the bigger studio and it does not have any AC in it whatsoever this place is garbage. Also so many bugs and infestation of rats too, YUCK!

After nearly two months of unnecessary difficulties, this apartment has allowed fleas to run rampant throughout the entire floor. This has forced me to rehouse myself whilst still paying rent, as I cannot stay in my unit. I’ve made multiple calls as well as sent emails to management. I hoped to refrain from leaving any reviews as I’m aware things take time. But it’s painfully obvious that the workers here are slow to react and lazy.

Had a great experience staff was courteous, tentative, and very knowledgeable about the property and history of the property. Have lived there before in the past will be moving back into available unit and not so distant future really appreciate the staff as they are courteous and very committed to their job.

Great customer service but
When it’s time to release your holding fee, the third-party that they work with which is rain café doesn’t like to give you your holding feedback Alden isn’t any help it’s been over 30 days. I haven’t received anything. I’ve been reaching out. No one will call me back and I’m not understanding. What is the issue giving back a person they’re holding fee. I don’t like that for them and it’s very unprofessional..

This place is cute from the outside but once you walk in it's not the picture you'd imagine. It's not been kept up and smells like dog

Awful places to live. Staff can be rude and not willing to work with you. Never had true repairs done in apartment while living there. Pipe burst in apartment due to loss of heat for 3 days in sub zero temperature. Did not reimburse for rent loss due to not being able to live in space. EXTREMELY difficult to work with, awful, unkept place to live in. City inspectors are there WEEKLY to report problems of heat, water, flooring, garage, etc. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, EVEN IF ITS CHEAP.

I’m going to make a long story short.. So I saw a one bedroom apartment that was very nice as well the staff, but I must be honest with you the owners of this complex are completely bold for thinking its fair for tenant's to have pay for a $100,000 renters insurance policy.. which they dont tell you that amount up front, they just tell you that after the fact in a email! So, literally after 24hrs I back out after receiving that email and i was told by me stepping away from their offer they can keep my $200 holders fee "plus $50 application fee"... So now I am out of $258 in fees in one week.... I find this to be an unfair way to practice business.. but I had to think about something.. Say, if a teant next-door had a fire or if the tenant above me had caused water damage to my apartment, it will be paid and remodel on me with that and others hundred thousand dollar renters policies and im sure they will file a claim as well with me possibly having no fault of my own. And God forbid you don't have prove such as receipts for the stuff you lost or that was damaged! They will profit and you won't! Especially if you can't prove the prices to match the quote for the material you lost or damaged. And on the second-hand say a fire never happens.. either way it would’ve cost me a lot more in the long run seeing how I didn't own no where near a 100,000k worth of material! Think twice ? about it and ask a lot of questions ? ? What they did to me was completely misleading ? ???

Where do I start?* I got there and instantly felt secure and safe.* was early to my appointment there was no fuss about it but it was followed up with not one but two different people taking the time to assist me in whatever manner I needed and that felt just like family* saw a total of four units that were perfect in every way and exactly what I was looking for* before I saw any unit the warm welcome clear communication from Ms. Amanda Thompson already had me hooked her energy was so amazing the way she took time to go over each detail of each unit, offer us water and never forgot to remind us to watch or step as the floors and building type changed…… Great experience awesome location and staff. Thank you for your awesomeness
