I have to say, among all the interactions I have had with car rental services, this might have been the smoothest. The staff were also friendly and help. I'd have no issues using Alamo at DTW again.

Extremely easy and pleasant rental experience for me. I always seem to have "hassle-free" experiences with Alamo. I used the Skip-The-Counter feature and was on my way in minutes. Drop off was quick, easy and painless. It's everything you want and expect in a car rental experience.
