I showed up 3 hours early, wasn’t sure if I was in the right location so I went into ask. He checked out my paperwork, said I was had me dock and then actually apologized because he said they were just going to lunch and they had had an electrical outage so things might be a little slow. I appreciated the information and I thought the gentleman was very personable and polite. No complaints here.

Very unpleasant people. This place is not busy at all.. there were no trucks, but they still made me wait till next day "on my appointment time"...they have plenty of parking but after they done unloading I was asked to leave... very rude people...

No appointments are followed.No FCFS rules followed.Lunch can be at anytime, sometimes it is from 12-1, sometimes God knows….No respect to drivers, they enjoy watching your drivers wait

I hate coming to this place. They take their sweet time loading you up. The minimum wait is 2-4 hours.

This is a company that has no respect for the people that work for it. When we vacation after year. The point system that doesn’t allow any kind of redemption. The plants only fall off after year. They are always hiring. This is why.

Not sure how some drivers are in and out..If your company gets a load once in while here and not a regular under contract with AJM you will be wasting 5 hrs minimum.This is my second time in 1 year.Won't be back anymore.

They want u to wait while things come off the line to get loaded. Been held here hostage for 5 hours now, waiting for 1 pallet.
