I’ve been coming here off and on since 2005. When I say I’m very disappointed with the exchange on today, is an understatement. I went to Pastor Rod last year and he did my taxes. This year, I call for an appointment and get Laverne Washington, one of his workers. She says that Pastor Rod isn’t doing taxes in person and I can drop them off and he’ll do them. I wanted to sit down with someone in case of questions.Well it goes left when she said she’s doing him a favor and doing mine. I thank her and ask how much. She says she charges $350. WHAT? I’m like I didn’t pay that much last year. She stated, “I’m doing him a favor. I’m not sure how much he charges.” She goes on to say that, “I do the PEONS AND NOBODYS, and he does the corporations and businesses.”I was floored and told her no thanks and hung up. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING! It’s the PEONS AND NOBODYS that have supported this Black owned business and have afforded you the opportunity to have a location in Detroit and Livonia. If I had an employee that thought of my customers as PEONS AND NOBODYS, I WOULD FIRE THEM! ABSOLUTELY INSULTING AND SAD! I would give ZERO stars if I could.

I was with them when they were in the small bldg near the Jeffries ex, many years and many mistakes on my taxes. Last year was enough they didn't file my taxes until I notified them I had no taxes in the system. They said it was a glitch, which cost me more money filing late and with interest. Untrustworthy !
