This particular 7-Eleven doesn't feature many of the discounts found at 7-Eleven stores in the suburbs, which hurts because Detroiters shouldn't have to drive to Lincoln Park for 2 for $3 bottles of water. Also, the parking situation here can be horrible when class is in session, and the Detroit Municipal Parking Department looks for pretty much any reason to write a ticket. Class is only in session for so many days out of the year, you would think they would try to create an environment where locals would be persuaded to want to shop here more frequently, but I find myself less inclined to patronize this store as I would have others.

A store on a college campus that bans backpacks? Ridiculous!
Edit: They have now removed the ban on backpacks, but the fact that they even considered it a good idea shows how incompetently this store is run.
Generally, everything at the store is pretty expensive and the lines are often crazy. If you are driving, parking is also terrible. Unless you are desperate, save your money and go somewhere else.

I have contacted doordash support on this store. They continue to give me items i didn't order and don't contact me or tell the dasher. Since they want to break their contract with door dash and act unfaithfully. I'll be seeking legal actions and contacting them on social media since that's the only way someone will listen.

Too much money and an employee was sitting behind the counter picking at his bare toes.... He had his feet out and he was touching them. He helped me checkout - he touched my food without even washing his hands or putting his shoe back on!! Who knows what else goes on there??

This store cost me so much money!!! I placed a order through door dash and watched the app to make sure they had everything I ordered, then when I received my order I did not get even one item I ordered. I mean how hard really is it to hand out the right orders to drivers. I am manager at a large corporate restaurant and mistakes like this cost people extra money and frustration. My restaurant is extremely busy most nights and I hire people who don't make these type of mistakes they are completely preventable, and I'm sure your store is not so busy that things like this should happen. I am extremely dissatisfied and next time this location will not receive my business.

I came to this 7-11 for the firstime yesterday and the store was so clean, the clerks were so nice and the food was so fresh and everything was stocked. I’m coming back! AND THE SLUSHY MACHINE AND STATION WAS CLEAN!

I ordered 8 boxes of boneless wings off UberEats and they only gave me 4 boxes. They were mixed too. Had to pay over $32 and couldn’t even get half of the refund I deserve back at all. UberEats said they couldn’t refund me at all and said I should rate the merchant like that’s going to give my money back.

Went there for wings, no wings. They don't make them until 2pm. Meanwhile, every other 7-Elevn will make them fresh when asked. ?

You're paying for convivence at this location. They're open 24 hours which is nice, and the shelves are usually stocked, but they are quite pricey.
